Hi, I'm Jovan.
I started doing this because I saw too many small businesses, family friends and local brands being pushed into expensive contracts for websites and IT support they did not fully understand or even need.
A lot of the time, they were paying monthly fees for basic template websites, waiting days for support replies, or speaking to different people every time something went wrong. It never felt personal.
So I decided to do things differently.
When you work with me, you speak directly to me from start to finish. No help desk. No confusing jargon. No being passed around between departments. Whether it is a website update, domain help, Microsoft 365 setup, email issues, SEO advice or general IT support, you have someone you can actually trust and message when you need help.
